Hi Nathan,

For multitenant set of directories, i think you need to have different Service URL for each service,(Make a duplicate copy of Corporate Directory service) and you can subscribe it to each phone service according to the tenant .

Request to refer this url- https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11622466/cucm-multi-tenant-design for related information.

Thanks and Regards,

Geevarghese

What is the best way to do a multi-tenant corporate directory? I have been through 100+ posts and articles regarding this topic, but no clearly defined way to segment them off from each other. From what I'm reading, you can stand up an IIS server and have the phones use it as the corporate directory lookup. It sounds simple enough, but I can't find the instructions, or how the ASP file is used to generate the XML file for the phone to use. Is there a simple way to do this?
