Call Studio 10.5 username password screen

Hi,

Sometimes in the Call Studio 10.5, a screen that prompts for a username and password pops up. We never saw this screen in the earlier versions. I cannot say what causes this screen to come up , I think it's random but I'm not sure.

Does anyone know what this screen is for and when it pops up?

Hope you have got the issue resolved by opening the TAC case. Posting solution for people which could help people who may visit this page:

"Try to rename VXML element, Call Studio 10/11 will throw java.lang.NullPointerException if java code associated with the project has breakpoint(s) set."
