Finesse Custom Gadget only works by IP

We've developed a custom gadget that performs a consult transfer in the background giving the appearance of single-step transfer in UCCX. The gadget works great when going to the box with the IP address. The customer began testing by the FQDN and all of the gadgets including live data stopped working. TAC rooted into the UCCX box and resolved the Cisco Live Data gadgets but was not able to help with the custom gadgets. All of the SSL certs have been signed and applied including the required custom gadget.

The IE11 developer tools shows: "Unable to get property 'modules' of undefined or null reference" during a debug. The XML file for the gadget shows because the buttons appear but either the parameters from the URL in the desktop layout are not being passed or java is failing to initialize.

Would it still be an SSL issue if the Cisco live data gadgets load...?

There is sometimes an issue with IFRAMES (gadgets run in IFRAMES).

1. Instead of just HTTP or HTTPS (Finesse runs in HTTPS) try //. So, //myresource.com

2. Also some websites don't allow their pages to be viewed in an IFRAME. Try a simple HTML page with an IFRAME, and see if that works.
