Cisco DevNet event

We are going to have an event with our biggest partner in Israel, in the event we will have a DevNet area where we would like to give the attendees some hands on experience with our sandbox.

I’m looking for someone to speak with regarding the arrangements and requirements to host such an event, recommendations and best practices.
