Where can I get help using the Prime Infrastructure 2.2 API?

I am beginning to learn the PI 2.2 API with Python. I do not have a development background, and minimal experience with Cisco networking products in general, PI, and Python. Obviously this is quite a learning curve, though I have been able to get far enough to successfully query PI and get useful data back. But I keep running into what are probably simple roadblocks for most people with PI API experience. I'm wondering where is the best place to get community help for this specific API? All of the support communities I've found appear to be tailored toward an administrator managing the product with the admin interface, not the API.

Where is the best place to post questions about the Prime Infrastructure 2.2 API? Is it right here?
