Start With CISCO IP Telephony SDK

Hello,

I'm new to CISCO IP Telephony. I want to develop a web application using .NET Framework. This application should be able to integrate with CISCO telephony to do the following:

Catch a call through a CISCO device.

Make a telephony call.

Is it possible, and from where I should start to get right SDK and any other supporting tools.
