Unable to connect to Sandbox Environment

Each time i create a new Always-On sandbox environment for ACI, i am unable to connect to the sandbox.

The URL https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com returns a 404 error and the DevNet environment states :

status

could not process bad request

@AlHD8 i just tried this in an incognito Chrome Version 125.0.6422.14 just now, it was slow to load, but is ok, i see the login page.

hello, please i need help to make VPN access with anyconnect , every time i write the password which gave it to me be email, it reopen the window agin and ask me to write the password :

what should I do ?

@simon italy if you are connecting to the devent sandbox I can see in your screenshot that isn’t the correct server address, check your email for the server address

@bigevilbeard - Yep thats working thank you. Do you know why it requires an Incognito window?

@AlHD8 glad that is working. I am not 100% thats just my experience that helped here, it can be any from corrupted cookies or cached data for that specific URL which can cause problems, using incognito window starts with a clean slate, bypassing those potential issues. Its even possible this URL might have specific configurations that conflict with your regular browsers settings or saved login information, in incognito window this opens the URL without these saved settings, avoiding conflicts.

Hello again,

yesterday i tried to connect with Openconnect VPN, and i succeed with your help ,

unfortunately, today i tried again , it didn't gave me access , i remove the program and i install it again, every time i tried to access with my credential, he reopen the window again and ask me the user name and the password again, could you help me please ?

@simon italy check your sandbox is active, if this worked yesterday there should be no reason for this not work today. Chances are the reservation has ended.

thank you for your response, i think something i didn't understand very well, the reservation how can i activate it , eventually i have tried to access the VPN by 3 method, and all of it are failed :

Access through OPENCONNECT "failed"
access through ANYCONNECT "failed"
Access though WEBPAGE "failed "
