I have created a SD- WAN Sandbox environment and upon connecting to the VPN and navigating to the SD WAN Manager Login page . The id and password given are not working and the page just simply reloads (Without any error message) after clicking submit. However CML web gui is working fine and provided credentials are working fine. Request if somebody could help regarding the same.

The Environment name is - Cisco SD-WAN 20.12-20240807T09414916.
Please any additional information required for troubleshooting.

@vklpdxt the username and password for the UI for sdwan do not work? These are the ones provided in the sandbox information page? Might be a build issue and the user/pass combo didn’t load correctly in the build. If you reservation is still active try and private/incognito browser to access the sdwan ui, it does take a minute for the ui access to be possible after the reservation is activated. If not and none of that works, cancel the reservation and spin a new one up and see if this happens again.

Hope this helps
