Hi everyone,

I have been learning about the IOx and app hosting for a few days now. I have been using the IE3400 Edge Compute and Cyber Vision sandbox. However, since yesterday I can't ssh to the switch itself. I have tried it multiple times, always with the same result: after entering the correct password, I get the "% Authorization failed" message. I can ping the machine, but I can' establish a ssh session. I am able to ping and ssh the DevBox machine with no problem. When trying to ssh from the DevBox to the IE3400 I get the same message. I am also able to visit the iox web interface, even interact with it, but the configuration web interface of the IE3400 does not load anything after successfully logging in.

Has anyone else been having this problem ? Could someone look into it ?

@simon-remper if this is a reservation based sandbox, you might need to stop the reservation and reserve/spin up a new one.

Hi,

I am aware of that. I had a reservation for the sandbox every time I wanted to use it. I have tried terminating the machine and making a new reservation a few times. I have also tried just waiting a making a new reservation different time of the day. After making a reservation I wait for the email saying, that my sandbox is ready, and then I try to connect to it... But I also have the feeling, that it is somehow in use or just overloaded

@simon-remper if this is happening on every reservation you make, i guess the Cisco engineer team will need to check the sandbox and advise here.
