Not able to connect vpn

Hi team,

Hope this mail finds you well.

Whenever I try to connect to a VPN or establish the connection, I type username and password. After that ask again and again but it is not connected.

could you please help into this.

Your earlier response will be highly appreciated.

There was another thread on this, for some reason open connect isn’t working. Switch to anyconnect and should be fine.

Hi team,

I have tried any connect as well but no luck!
I think there might be issue vpn credential.

Is your sandbox active and showing working with no errors? You might need to stop/end the reservation and start and new one, sometimes this resolves many issues.
