This looks like a Windows registry problem based on your error. First i would restart you machine, then open your device manager and look for any warning icons on network adapters, try disabling/re-enabling them. This does not look like a sandbox issue, more an issue on your local machine.

When does this message appear, you have entered the sandbox endpoint/gateway in Anyconnect (or are you using another VPN client?), then your username/password (all of these were sent on the email), then this error appears?

I am unable to connect to my sandbox session. I am receiving credentials 15 minutes after starting up the session, but the failure I am getting is:

"2025-03-13 10:08:21 | 422c | Cannot read registry key SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\{1F752B13-F173-4829-8787-3A4A81BAEBF6}\Connection\Name or is not string"

It will briefly connect, then drop. Anyone here have an idea of what's going on?

Thanks.

I was able to solve this issue by using the following thread as guidance:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/unable-to-connect-sandbox-from-openconnect-client/m-p/5231580
