Hi cisco 20.12 sdwan always on sandbox doesnot seem to be working, unable to login into vmanager with credentials provided. please check and resolve, thanks

Hi @TD12 I checked and got the an error with the credentials. I pinged the sandbox team and they are already working on it. Please try in a few hours or tomorrow.

just checked, it appears login works but vManager UI doesnot load, so the sandbox is still not working.

@TD12 are you using http or https? I know in the past the username/password locks after too many failed attempts via UI or API, as this is an always on service, it could be maxed out and waiting is the only option for this to clear.

I saw the team put that the sandbox is under unplanned maintenance as of this afternoon. This could be part of that. Would check back tomorrow.
