hello,

we have seen issues with CML spin up today and are working through them. if u happen to attempt an new sandbox reservation, and if in error note it down and post it here we will look into it. usually the failures can occur due to license, vpn login,vm failure to spin up, or a failure to connect from the user side over the vpn due to fw restrictions.

can you give it another go and let us know.

Best regards

Eddie

hello Dan,

do you know if the topologies your trying to upload to CML have the correct node definitions available n the CML virtual machine ? Any nodes defined in your topology that arent defined in CML will be an issue please note we have a 20 node limit on the CML instances in sandbox.

Rather than trying to upload an topology to CML, could u confirm if the default topology in CML sandbox starts up the nodes ? or if you can build a topology (1 or 2 nodes) on the UI will startup for u ?

BTW, the screenshot didnt load on the message you sent.

keep me posted.
