please help, i've been trying to access the SD-Wan 20.12 sandbox from last week, when i try to login to the vManage dashboard it keeps on looping after entering the login details. i've changed browser and also followed instructions given by different community but nothing's working.

Is this the always on or reserved one? Check you are using https.

it’s the reserved, I just tried it again now I was able to access the vmanage dashboard, I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or what I first try to access it from my phone it’s worked then I tried it on my PC then worked.
