cant get into Cisco Modeling Lab

I'm trying to follow the instructions on the attached screenshot, but I cannot figure out how to load the yaml file.

The process should be

Open the CML console
In the top-right, click the Import button
Click in the File(s) to import area
In the open dialogue box, select the YAML file that you want to import
Click Open
Click the Import button

If you get an error, what error do you get?

I understand the process, I don't see an import button. Attached is the environment the CML launches to.

From the screen shot, this says 'cml enterprise' which i think this sandbox was removed a little while back for this one https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/DevNet/catalog/cml-sandbox_cml (i think you are using this?). You should be able to do this, can you share the screen shot of the section where you import, is this greyed out?

The link you sent takes me to the self-service dashboard, attached. I click on Cisco Modeling Lab per instructions and it launches into the environment, attached. I do not see an import button anywhere, please tell me if i'm missing something.

In the CML console/dashboard there is no import section? This is what my env looks like, you can try and browse to that url?
