Hard to login catalyst center

Hi,

I just booked an "Cisco Catalyst Center 2.3.7.9 Release" Sandbox environment.

I got the mail, I can connect to the VPN, I can even login to the CML: IP: 10.10.20.161 with credentials.

But why I cannot login to the center??

Cisco Catalyst-Center Controller:IP: 10.10.20.85 HTTPS: with credentials [administrator/Cisco1234!]

Firstly it always shows "login Failed" , and after about 30 mins then I can login ,but the page shows blank all the time...

What is the issue now? Looking forward to the resolution....

@DavidZhang47328 the sandbox like this sometimes take a little while to set up, even when you get the email saying your sanbdox is ready, this would explain why at first you cannot login and then you can. If the sandbox has been set up a few min (i would say at least 10 mins), try using a private or incognito browser, that for me solves the page loading issue you mentioned. I think most browsers are supported by Cat Centre now.

Update: I can see something now, but the page response speed is extremely slow... This is completely different from the exeperience in an SDWAN enviroment....

Try admin as the username instead, this is the default initial username for Cat-C at least. I'm waiting for my own environment to spin up to test this currently but it takes a while...

hello, in regards to Catalyst Center sandbox, the CC vm takes approx. 60 mins to load and startup all services completely. During this time, you will not be able to login. You can always use the Catalyst Center AO sandbox for api testing purposes if you feel it meets your needs.
