DevNET VPN Credentials Not Working

I am trying to connect to the devnet vpn using anyconnect. The VPN server is devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20252 and I am using the credentials that were emailed to me in March. Is there something I can do to reset these credentials or am I missing something?

Which sandbox is this? Have you to tried to cancel the reservation and start a new one. Can you share the anyconnect logs?

@shawn-horne I'm not a devnet certified expert, but I use devnet labs often and have dealt with vpn issues before. and I can help;

First, check if ur credentials are still valid. DevNet Sandbox reservations often expire after a set time. Meaning u need to log into Devnet sandbox to see if ur reservation is active, and if it expired, ull need to reserve the lab again, for new cred,,,

On the other part, if the reservation is active but the vpn isn’t working, try regenerating the credentials from ur sandbox dashboard under the "vpn access" or credentials" section. If that’s not an option, canceling and re-booking the lab might reset them. And as a last option, verify the vpn server address... But also check the firewall issues that could be blocking the well known 20252...

if all of that doesnt work, contact support.... Hope it helps

Usually sandboxes reservations expand from days to 1 or 2 weeks in average. If you received your credentials since March, most probably it already expired. Launch a new reservation.

You can also see the reservations you have available by going to the Operation Hub, from there you can see active and past reservations. For active reservations, you can see the credentials used.

This works but for some reason I can only do it from my cell phones web browser.
