CML Sandbox Down?

Hi- trying to create a sandbox, and have been for over an hour. I keep getting emails that my sandbox encountered an error while launching. I don't have multiple instances running, and I think out of 120 available instances only 77 are up. I tried contacting support through the webex teams link, but it tells me I don't have access to it, so my best bet is posting on the forums.... if anyone has a clue how to solve this I'd appreciate it

There seems to be a problem. I'm also having issues with the CML and XRd sandboxes. I'll ping the sandbox team

EDIT. Typo

I found it here devnetsandbox.cisco.com/DevNet/catalog/cml-sandbox_cml .

Since you've mentioned updating links - I should mention that when I receive the 'Your Cisco DevNet Sandbox Lab is Ready' email notification, I've noticed that the link to PuTTY you provide in that email is definitely wrong... it links to putty.org, which is definitely not either of the official PuTTY sites, currently at putty.software or www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/ and has wildly different content (not anything too scandalous, but definitely gave me a laugh when I clicked it)

The webex link should work, I don't know why you got the error, but I think we should also point users to this community if they have issues with webex as you had.

Weird that I am getting an error, then... I click on the eurl, get instructed to enter my email, then choose whether webex is installed or not(it is) following which I am told I am "Not permitted to Webex space". I have a webex account attached to the same email as my cisco account, so I have no idea why I've got no access to it!

Pointing people to this community/maybe a support email would be great, imo.
