Hello,
I am trying to connect to the following url to be able to access the reserved lab with the provided credentials. However I am keep getting the login failed message. I have checked the provided credentials many times but still not able to connect . Is there any solution to that?

Enter your lab's private VPN connection information:

Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20183

Thanks for the screenshot, I was able to locate your reservation and successfully test the VPN connection.

Based on your screenshot, here are some suggestions:

Copy/paste formatting - If you're copying credentials from the provided email or Sandbox output section:

Make sure there are no trailing spaces

Try typing them manually instead

VPN client version - Make sure Cisco Secure client is up to date.

Antivirus/Firewall - Some security software can interfere with VPN authentication. Try temporarily disabling it to test.

You can also try to Close Cisco Secure Client completely then reopen it and manually clear/retype your credentials. Let me know if you're still having issues after trying these steps.
