    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing an issue while launching an environment in CML. After initiating the launch, the process runs for about 4 minutes and then fails with the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Torque was not able to complete launching your environment. For more details, contact your space admin."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Expected Behavior:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The environment should launch successfully and provide access to the workspace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Actual Behavior:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The launch fails after ~4 minutes with the Torque error mentioned above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Additional Details:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue occurs consistently on every attempt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested in incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried using 4 different accounts, but the issue persists&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Request:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please investigate the issue with the Torque scheduler or environment provisioning and advise on a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1683145"&gt;@devnet_geek&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228515"&gt;@Martin L&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
