Sandbox stuck in “running” state with negative timer –cannot terminate

Hello DevNet Support Team,

I launched 2 sandbox environments on 3 May, but they are still showing as active and stuck in a broken state. The sessions cannot be terminated, and the system is displaying an abnormal timer:

“Please hold on, this is taking longer than usual -36,618:42”

Current Problem:

Sandboxes are stuck in “running” status for a very long time
Terminate button does not resolve the issue
I am unable to launch new labs because my quota appears to be locked due to these active sessions

Impact:

I cannot provision or use any new DevNet Sandbox environments, which is blocking my work and testing.

Please manually terminate/reset the stuck sandbox sessions associated with my account and restore my ability to launch new labs.

Additional Info:

Sandbox launch date: 3 May
Issue persists as of: 26 May
Error message: “Please hold on, this is taking longer than usual -36,618:42”
