Hi Vikas,

CTIOS (CIL library & CTI desktop client) is only for UCCE and it is already EOL. This is different than CTI Server, which you would need to develop a CTI client application.

For developing a CTI client application that connects to the CTI server, you need to use the CTI Protocol. For UCCX, you can find information on the CCX microsite, specifically the CTI Protocol Overview and the CTI Protocol developer guide.

The CTI server can be accessed on the sandbox.

Thanx,

Denise

Hi,

I am trying to develop CTI client app for UCXX and want to try this on Sandbox. I believe i need .CIL library first to create a client application. I was wondering if its possible to access CTI server on sandbox where i can download CTI desktop client tool and then test my app on Sandbox.

Many thanks

Vikas
