In need of access to the Unity Connection server in a dedicated 10.5 lab reservation id:

Testing a collaboration product that requires a Unity Connection account setup.

Due to its size, we don't supply a Unity Connection server by default with every Collaboration 10.5 lab. However, if you do need one for compatibility testing, we can switch one in when your lab comes up. Please book a Collaboration 10.5 lab and we can make the Unity Connection Server available to you.

The Collaboration 10.5 lab was booked and operational prior to posting. What other information is required to "switch one" into the running lab?

FYI - I can still see and access the reservation but having zero success connecting using the any connect client (have connected previously no problem)

Error - unable to contact 64.103.37.21
