Failed to Login the basic-chat demo

Hi Everyone,

Recently I'm working on integrating IM ability into my system. But failure happened everytime I tried to login the test demo.

The configs are as follows:

{

domain:ciscolab.com

httpBindingURL:https://10.75.195.26:7335/httpbinding

unsecureAllowed:true

}

I think the config is ok as I have checked the CUPs configuration and tested the URL in my browser, where I can find this page:

The Log says:

Could not connect: <stream:error xmlns:stream="http://etherx.jabber.org/streams"><service-unavailable xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-streams"/></stream:error>

And the Console log is:

BOSH URL has different protocol than webserver: https: != file:

SCRIPT7002: XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x2ee4, Could not complete the operation due to error 00002ee4.(Repeated 3 times).

Besides, I have found that the "Cisco XCP Message Archiver" service has stoped through CUPs Administration page, but i'm not sure this is the reason.

How does this failure happen?Need some help.
