Most of the Sandbox Team has been out of office for the holidays. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you let me know what your username is I can check on your reservation and take a look at the phones that can't get into finesse.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 of the 5 phones/extensions that I created in CUCM 11.0 cannot log into Finesse they keep getting error message &lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"&gt;“device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid.”&lt;/SPAN&gt; Not sure what to do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
