Have you connected to the Sandbox VPN before? Could you please send me your username so I can check your reservation?       <description>&lt;P&gt;On my first reservation to the sandbox I connected to the server but the password provided did not work. On my second reservation to the sandbox I get a message&amp;nbsp; that says "Could not connect to the Server".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition. I have VIRL on a VM server. I recently purchased a second VIRL license.&amp;nbsp;I used it once on a four node lab and now I get a error that says that I have exceeded 20 nodes. Does Cisco have a 1-800 customer support number I can call ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
