Problem connecting to SDWAN sandbox

The lab information: Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20206

I was able to connect to that address before when I was in the States, and I cannot do the same when I am trying from India.

The anyconnect logs:

4/22/19

6:16:46 AM Contacting devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20206.

6:17:16 AM Connection attempt has failed.

6:17:16 AM Failed contacting devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com.

I also have active lab-session if the support team needs to test.

Hi Ankit,

You have an active VPN connection against the pod. As you know, there is only 1 VPN allowed per user basis.

Please let us know if you need to have current VPN session teardown and then you can have a new connection.

I did not have any active sessions on the newly one I created today and it still has the same problem.
