SD-WAN ERROR: OOB Setup script returned errors

On SD-WAN Lab deployment I get the following errors:

We've fixed the issue. Please end up your current SD-WAN reservation and spin up a new one.

I'm facing with same problem:

That's an unexpected system error. Please end up your current reservation and spin up a new one.
