How can I Fix this and gain connection?</P><P>I have access as admin, so I know its not an issue with software rights installed or downloaded on my end. I have unrestricted access internetwise as well.<BR />Could this be an issue on your and in Sandbox or a network issue that can be fixed? or could this be an issue still on my end?<BR />I am able to get as far as getting my VPM connecting to the IP address that's been provided through the reserved lab, but after I type in my given credentials and click log-in, I receive an error: "Failed to get configuration from secure gateway.
