    <description>&lt;P&gt;My VPN from client software AnyConnect is not connecting to Sandbox(Net/RestConf Yang Lab). How can I Fix this and gain connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have access as admin, so I know its not an issue with software rights installed or downloaded on my end. I have unrestricted access internetwise as well.&lt;BR /&gt;Could this be an issue on your and in Sandbox or a network issue that can be fixed? or could this be an issue still on my end?&lt;BR /&gt;I am able to get as far as getting my VPM connecting to the IP address that's been provided through the reserved lab, but after I type in my given credentials and click log-in, I receive an error: "Failed to get configuration from secure gateway. Contact your system administrator."&lt;/P&gt;</description>
