When I tried to create PCCE sandbox, I got the below error. How can I fix it?

Same here. Lab unable to fully deploy and VPN details not received.

Few of sandbox are now impacted by network outage. We'll have them fixed shortly

I am trying to reserve Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6. It would finish with "Active (with error)" and
