    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Sandbox Users,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are experiencing an intermittent&amp;nbsp; issue with our Collaboration 10.5, 9.1 and jabber guest dedicated labs. On some occasions, the email sent at the start of a session does not contain the Lab Network Address URL.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Sandbox Users,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have implemented a fix for the above issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All collaboration enablement labs are now available to reserve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone does notice this issue reoccurring, please respond to this this thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your patients,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sandbox Support Team &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
