      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just reserved a DevNet lab. However when I try to connect to the lab through AnyConnect the session gets timed out and gives me a message asking to check my internet connection, which I have checked and working perfectly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lab Network Address:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="A32900"&gt;devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20209&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some help is much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also would I be able to reserve the lab once more in case I run out of time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It sounds like a firewall at your location is not allowing the anyconnect VPN connection to establish, this is the common reason for this error message you are seeing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can extend you sandbox, by going into your lab reservations, selecting the sandbox you have reserved and extending the time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;</description>
