Failed to license simulation

I reserved the Multi-IOS Cisco Test Network Lab for the weekend and then when I logged it the error below popped up with an error of Failed to license simulation.

Failed to check licensing status: Cisco contact was not established. This may be temporary. Please make sure the VIRL server is connected to the Internet and capable of reaching the configured Cisco master. Also make sure that the minion key provided to you matches your minion ID and domain, and remains valid. Current status is: Last successful license renewal was more than 7 days ago. Last license renewal final result was (2019-09-28 12:53:17): Salt caller setup failed unexpectedly; likely misconfigured.

Then I uploaded my own lab and I got the error below.

Failed to launch GRE Tunnel.virl(My lab): STD simengine-launch request received invalid response: 403 - Failed to license simulation.

I am using the Web Interface for the virl lab.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I'm in exactly the same boat. I think they've borked something at their end, or we've made the same mistakes.
