I need 2 additional logins for my current VPN reservation, (collaboration 11.5). How do I do this? I've found others have asked this and received responses here. Thanks!

For others needing this information in the future...

After posting this, I received an additional user/pass through email for my current VPN session within 12 hours. They mentioned, currently this is the only way to obtain additional usernames and passwords for your VPN session. They also mentioned if I needed it longer they would increase the time so I wouldn't have to go through requesting additional logins after my sandbox session expired.
