Hi Rick, sorry to read you are having a problem using the sandbox. I see you are are using the mutli-ios sandbox (please correct me if this is wrong) How are trying to connect and what to please, are you using a learning lab?

Good afternoon. Yes, I've been using the Multi-IOS VIRL sandbox with success over the past few weeks. This is the first time I've not been able to access after accessing VPN. The attached shows the VPN profile (this has always worked in the past) and Sandbox details on the DevNet site.

Can you ssh/ping to the devbox (ssh developer@10.10.20.50 / ping 10.10.20.50) once your VPN is connected?

Yes, I can access the .50 DevNet device however I cannot access the VIRL server via ping or HTTP/HTTPS.

I was able to access the VIRL server from the DevNet .50 device however the server did not appear to have any virl processes running. I ended the session and re-started a new session and now can reach the device(s) and build a topology. Thank you for your assistance.

Great news, thanks for the update. IMO i use virlutils to manage my devices in virl, as i find it much easier and quicker.
