Error submitting new Devnet tickets.

Hi everyone,

I purchased a devnet ticket last week, however I have been unable to submit my purchased ticket because the form to fill the details out returns a 500 error when submitting. I have tested on Chrome, Firefox, IE11, and Edge on multiple computers with the same error. I also reported the bug on devnet and got ticket 362112079376 back but have yet to hear anything. Does anyone know if there is a known error submitting devnet tickets? We have a critical support need regarding ICM CTI code we are developing and Cisco TAC has directed us to get the devnet ticket open. Thank you.
