    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, sorry you are having an issue with the VPN to the sandbox. Are the ports&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;range between 20100 and 20354 is open via your firewall? This message is normally seen when the ports are blocked outbound.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
