Trying to Connect to Cisco Container Platform 3.1.0 Lab with VPN information received in email. I do have internet access.

Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20121

When using AnyConnect to login, I get below message

"Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."

Ping test fails.

ping 128.107.93.228

There was planned work taking place over the weekend to the sandbox. Please cancel your current reservation and create a new one, that should hopefully solve your issue.

I reserved and connected to the sandbox Open NX-OS with Nexus 9K with lab GW: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20128. I am not able to replicate your issues sadly. Ensure The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.
