UCCX License expiration

Hi to all.

Currently I have create a UCCX 10.6 lab however when I open the UCCX administration I receive the following error:

Configured Licenses:

Package: None

Cisco Unified CCX License package is None.
Upload a valid license by clicking Add License link
OR check the parameters of the system on which the License MAC depends.

Current License MAC of the node: 6d1fae49b62d

The lab does not have a valid license, Please, can anyone help me ?

At this moment the Cisco Finesse webpage does not work

Today we create a new reservation on rave28, the VPN connect but I cannot connect the UCCX server.

Are you not able to ping Finesse, or is the web GUI not coming up?

Hi Jacob,

Just ping finesse and web gui does not work on rave28, I create a new reserve on rave11 and it is works fine.
