&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems as if we can't trust everyone.&amp;nbsp; Occasionally a user will attempt to change the email address on this account to their own except that they cannot complete the process because they don't have access to the original email address.&amp;nbsp; In which case we have to delete and re-add that user.&amp;nbsp; So, this has been done and you should be able to access now with those credentials.&amp;nbsp; I apologize for the inconvenience.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
