cannot access sandbox code with "git clone http://developer:C1sco12345@10.10.20.50/developer/cicd-3tier"

looks like it does NOT have any http server running to server at port 80 or 8080. UPon clicking the link for http, it opens a browsre, but cannot access it.
Upon ssh into the server and looking for applications listening on port 80 or 8080, found nothing.

CAn anyone help please?
looking for nginx or httpd services to activate with systemctl here. What web server are we running here.?
