I have attempted to re-schedule the reservation, but Anyconnect login fails.

This worked two days ago with no issues - can someone please take a look on the backend?

Hello! I'm unable to establish a VPN connection to devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20138 (using Cisco AnyConnect). I'm new to DevNet labs. I believe I'm following correctly the instructions from the email I got but no success establishing that VPN connection. I receive a "Login failed" message. Any idea what I could do / check / verify? Thank you!

You can check your port range is open. The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.

There is more information on the devnet sandbox here https://developer.cisco.com/docs/sandbox/#!getting-started
