Hello,

Cisco DNA Center Lab 2 has problems with accessing the switches.
DNA Center is not able to poll (SNMP or SSH access) the Catalyst switches.

Can you please check configuration on management switch?
POD: 1321
Sandbox id: cea18f03-67fa-40a2-adfd-5ed003673d2d

Also, I cannot access the 3850/9300 switches from devbox(10.10.20.20) or my machine.

Did the sandbox come up error-free? Might be worth killing that reservation and starting a new one.

Hello,
No errors in the console log.
All catalyst switches and WLC went up without any issues.
I had the same problems in Saturday, so I tried reserve the same lab again today.

Are you able to clarify the configuration on the POD switch (the management switch which will give you access to all of the components)?

Sadly no, I am not on the ENG team for sandbox I cannot give that, however, my past reservations have not had this issue for this sandbox.
