Sandbox always-on IOS XE not working??

It seems routers 'ios-xe-mgmt-latest.cisco.com' and ios-xe-mgmt.cisco.com' are unstable. Sometimes I can connect (SSH and NETCONF), sometimes I cannot.
When I connect, I enable "netconf-yang feature candidate" it works, but soon I gets disabled.

Hey there Paulo, i cannot replicate what you saw this morning (09:55 GMT +1), they both look stable. As these are open / always on sandbox's they get a lot of use by our community and like you in the past as I am making changes, these are undone with someone else testing something. I would suggest trying a reserved sandbox, to get around this.
