I tried logging on labs cisco ios xr, but the password it's incorrect. Help me please.

I made of a reservation of IOSXR programmability lab and was able to access manually using admin/admin credentials and via ssh dropdown on router icons. https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/f8c334b2-6e06-4ee2-8a62-115bc89bb360.

I'm having an issue with IOS-XR Programmability lab. I can't access the devices via ssh.

Please check you are using the correct ports. I tested this just now, looks good.

CML GUI/API password doesn´t working.

Authentication failed with credentials informed (user: developer, password: C1sco12345).

I still can't connect even using Putty, the connection times out. Tried reserving the lab afresh but problem persists

Very odd. Is your VPN connected ok and you can see the correcting routing in your local routing table? Is this the same for the devbox also? Have you tried running a nc / netcat to see if you can see the ports open on the connection?

Yeah the VPN connection is up and running. The problem is actually for all devices in the lab. The always-on lab works fine though.

That' super strange, i cannot replicate this issue and neither can the ENG sandbox team whom i asked to validate the service. Does this happen on this one sandbox?

@cristianog.silva you do not say which sandbox this is, there are many which are running CML either as the main sandbox or as the delivery system for virtual networks.

Hello, Thank you!! I tried to connect and I got it. My issue was the login credential, that I had put on ssh command on the linux terminal!!
