topic NSO Sandbox Lab | Switches failing in DevNet Sandbox

I am attempting to run this NSO Sandbox Lab.

It starts ok and I follow the instructions on this DevNet learning lab.

However the distribution switches in the lab - namely dist-sw01 and dist-sw02 - simply fail.

I cannot access them from the management station. Nor can I set arp or ping responses from the neighbouring routers within the topology. Needless to say NSO is unable to connect to them.

admin@ncs# devices connect
connect-result {
    device core-rtr01
    result true
    info (admin) Connected to core-rtr01 - 10.10.20.173:23
}
...snip....
connect-result {
    device dist-sw01
    result false
    info Failed to connect to device dist-sw01: connection refused: NEDCOM CONNECT: No
route to host (Host unreachable) in new state
}
connect-result {
    device dist-sw02
    result false
    info Failed to connect to device dist-sw02: connection refused: NEDCOM CONNECT: No
route to host (Host unreachable) in new state
}
...snip....
admin@ncs#

It appears the sandbox is broken and the switches simply fail. I've tried to see if I can restart them from teh dashboard but that option does not seem to be present.

Can someone advise who I can contact to get this looked at (or if perhaps, I'm doing something to inadvertently kill the switches - though I can't see how, as I'm simply following the commands as outlined in the DevNet Learning Lab).
