SandBox Labs Maximum Reservation Time

Yesterday (10/26/2020) the maximum reservation time for a CUCM SandBox lab was 5 days. This max reservation time has been 5 days for about a year or so. This morning (10/27/2020) the max reservation time is now reduced to 3 days. Was this intentional?

The previous time of 5 days worked very well with the work week. We'd build a config to work on development with at the beginning of the work week and the lab would stay up for the entire week. Now, the lab will end in the middle of the work week and we will have to rebuild the config.

This change significantly reduces the value provided by the SandBox Labs.

Can this be changed back to 5 days?

We occasionally have to adjust the durations and limits on Sandboxes due to changes in demand. Recently we have seen a significant increase in the use of the CUCM Sandboxes that required a change to their policies to balance the demand across all users.
