PCCE12.5 - AWDB connection error

when connecting to AWDB PCCE 12.5 sandbox, I am getting this error:

"The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed"

This is similar to issue seen on PCCE 11.5 here.

Can you please have someone look into this, thanks.

Can we get your reservation id for a troubleshooting? We need to rejoin the host into berlin.icm domain to fix the issue.

The login issue is fixed. And i've also extended your reservation with additional 4 days.

Thanks for your support. Really appreciate that.

I can now access the awdb, but when I try to open SQL Server Management studio on that box, it is giving an error around license validation file. Can you please have someone check that as well?

SQL Server is upgrade to 2017 against PCCE 12.5. We've pinned SSMS 2018 into the startup program group.

Unfortunately the AW-HDS server doesnt have SSMS 2018; it only has SSMS 2014 and it doesn't run
