&lt;P&gt;Yes, just end or close reservation and start again; it may help wait for a bit (few minutes) between tries. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it happens from time to time; maybe sandbox system is busy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;it seems to be working now....so the glitch was temporary or it is fixed now. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, CML looks 2.0 version, not the new 2.1 or 2.1.2&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this issue as well. I have not gotten a second email with connection information.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem too. Stopped the lab and requested a new one and it did start up. I can connect to the VPN and access the CML server and see the default lab but the server keeps kicking me off so I have to log back in which makes it unusable &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen this too .... but not recently.&amp;nbsp; Yes, in this case, try extend your reservation to max 4 hr, then disconnect VPN and wait 30-60 minutes, check connection again, if it is stable, lab it. if not , comeback later.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Remember, end reservation if you not labbing and there are still 60 or more minutes left.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
