topic Sandbox Lab Network Address Issue in DevNet Sandbox

I got the reservation email but for the link to the lab network address I get either a connection reset or timeout depending on whether I enable 20324 in the firewall (Win 10 devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20324

I have no idea how to fix this assuming that the problem is on my side. Basically, I have a lab ready to go but I can't connect to it. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

those connection reset are temporary sometimes. Have you tried disabling firewall for 10 minutes? Can you establish VPN to DevNet Sand box with Cisco AnyConnect software? Are you Windows Admin?

Cisco AnyConnect software has some diagnostics, run it, maybe it will help.

Else, go to AnyConnect software VPN settings and disable boxes: "block connections to untrusted server"
